On The Scene Staffing

We are a bartender and server staffing company, licensed in February, operating in Nashville, Tennessee.


We advertise that we offer bartenders, servers
and/or "just extra hands" to help host any event.

Your occasion is important to us! We want to be more than people that show up and clear dishes. We want to help you HOST your event.

We assist in setting up, helping prepare, providing server and bartender duties, customer and guest service satisfaction and break-down and clean up too! It's the total package, if you need it. Or maybe you just need a bartender to make drinks for a few hours... we can do that as well.

Our business model is very flexible and accommodating. We want to ensure that whether you're the caterer, or an individual throwing a bbq in the back yard, that you have reliable help to make your occasion an enjoyable event to remember.

Our Uniform
Appearance is Important!

For formal affairs, our team is professionally clothed in a clean, crisp white shirt, black pants, black shoes and a black bib-style apron.

We have embroidered On The Scene aprons as well as classic black. The aprons are distributed at each event, dry-cleaned and presentable, and then collected again at the end of the event.

Depending on the specific occasion, we also have white golf shirts and khaki shorts or grey long-sleeved t-shirts.

We accommodate the situation in our uniform.

    Private Parties - On The Scene Staffing is here to help! How many times have you held a party and couldn't really ENJOY yourself because you were so busy HOSTING?

    Allow us to help you host! We can help arrange the bar and food in a manner that encourages guests to "flow" instead of stand in the kitchen. We have helped make food trays look attractive... we have even helped cook food when it wasn't catered.
